NovaBeautix Scanner is a secure business application intended for NovaBeautix employees, manufacturing partners, warehouses, authorized service providers, and other approved business users. Access requires an authorized NovaBeautix account.

- User email address and account identifier;
- User role, organization, factory, warehouse, or business affiliation;

- Barcode, QR code, serial number, product reference, and inventory scan results;
- Inventory, production, warehouse, quality-control, or product-validation records;

4.2 Camera access
NovaBeautix Scanner requests permission to access the device camera solely to scan and interpret barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, and other supported product identifiers. The camera is activated only when a user accesses a scanning feature. It is not intended to collect personal photographs or videos and is not used for advertising or behavioral profiling.
4.3 Data not intended to be collected
