Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open the NovaBeautix app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Privacy and permissions → Request account and data deletion.
- Confirm. For your security you may be asked to sign in again first. Your account and data are then deleted right away.
Option 2: by e-mail
If you can't access the app, e-mail privacy@novabeautix.com from the address you use in the app, with the subject Delete my NovaBeautix account. We confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days.
Delete only your photos (keep your account)
You can remove your Skin Insight photos without deleting your account. By default, the photo you take for a Skin Insight is deleted right after the analysis; this section is for photos you chose to save.
- Open the NovaBeautix app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Privacy and permissions → Skin Insight photos.
- Turn off Save my photos and choose Delete saved photos.
Your saved photos and their visual results are deleted from our servers. Your scores, tips and the rest of your account are kept. Saved photos that you do not delete yourself are removed automatically 3 years after upload.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account and profile (name, e-mail, language, preferences).
- Your routine, wizard answers, progress, achievements and ritual history.
- Skin photos you uploaded and the Skin Insight analyses and results.
- Registered devices (they become available for a new owner), conversations with the Beautix assistant and notifications.
What may be kept
- Purchase records required by law or by app-store rules are kept but anonymized (no link to you).
- Device-transfer records involving another person are kept with your identity anonymized.
- Feedback you sent about the app during the Beta is anonymous: it has no name, e-mail, or account identifier, so it cannot be linked to you and is kept.
